PortaOne, a leading global communications infrastructure vendor, is looking for a Сustomer Care Agent (position open in Chernihiv only)
This position is aimed at setting up and running a 24/7 customer care operations. The CCA provides services to existing and potential PortaOne clients by making outgoing and taking incoming telephone calls. Customer care agent works by 12 hour shifts with the working hours 08:00 - 20:00 and 20:00 - 08:00 (12-hour shifts once every 3 days).
- Communication skills
- English (B2/C1)
- Knowledge of cross-cultural communication & experience with telephone services is a plus
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure liaison between PortaOne customers and technical support
- Process incoming \ outgoing calls
- Follow up with customers and provide progress reports if needed
- Continuously improve knowledge of the company products, services as well as the English language
